Join us! The 2024 Black & Minority Health Fair will bring together nearly 10,000 Hoosiers to establish a Culture of Health. If you would like to request free transportation from your senior center, church or community organization provided by CICOA and Free Enterprise, please fill out the form below. Transportation services are only offered within the I-465 loop.
